TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Police were called to a Topeka hospital early Friday after a man arrived at the hospital with a stab wound, authorities said.

However, police said little was known about the incident because the man who was stabbed did not cooperate with police.

The incident was reported around 5:44 a.m. Friday, when a person was treated in the emergency room of a local hospital.

Police were called to the hospital but told 13 NEWS the stabbing victim was “uncooperative and did not want to report in the case.”

Additional details, including when and where the stabbing occurred and the victim’s condition, were not available later Friday morning.
