Man faces 69 rape charges after drug and sex crime investigation

TOWANDA, Pa. (WBNG) — The Bradford County District Attorney’s Office is looking for more victims in a case involving multiple rapes and drugs.

The District Attorney’s Office said it is appealing for help identifying the victims of Sean Hall, 45, of Sayre, Pennsylvania.

Hall has already been charged with more than 531 crimes, the office said. They include:

  • 69 rape
  • 47 involuntary deviant sexual intercourse
  • 56 sexual assaults
  • 198 counts of indecent assault
  • 127 counts of aggravated indecent assault
  • 18 sexual extortion
  • drowning 10 times
  • Six counts of unauthorized use of intoxicants
  • Other crimes

The charges involve 17 different female victims and allegedly occurred over several years, the District Attorney’s Office said.

The office said only some of the victims had been identified and were cooperating with police.

But authorities believe there are other victims who have yet to come forward.

A months-long investigation into drug and sexual assault allegations led to the accusations. Hall was accused of making meth at his home on Linden Street in Sayre and was investigated, but police found evidence of sexual assaults that Hall recorded, the office said.

The office said investigators reviewed hundreds of hours of videos of the assault, which included non-consenting women being assaulted.

Hall appeared in court on the charges Friday afternoon and was denied bail.

Anyone with information about these crimes is asked to contact the Bradford County Victim Witness Coordinator at 570-265-1759.
