Second man charged in strip club attack chokes victim’s brother

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – A second person has been charged attack at a Davenport strip club earlier this year.

Police said that Dzeat J. Beciri, 44, of Silvis, prevented intervention in the attack, which resulted in a fracture of his skull and jaw as a result of a punch to the head in the Daisy Dooks parking lot, and put the victim’s brother in a headlock. April 13.

Beciri was booked into the Scott County Jail Thursday on a charge of malicious wounding causing serious injury, a Class C felony; assault while participating in a felony, a Class D felony; and participating in a riot is a Class D misdemeanor.

Online jail records show he posted $5,000 and was released a short time later. He has a preliminary hearing on Tuesday.

Michael McFedries, Davenport, 45, was arrested during the April 30 attack and charged with malicious wounding-causing serious injury.
