Seneca Falls woman arrested twice on burglary and robbery charges

Police arrested a local woman twice on Nov. 21 following separate arrest warrants stemming from her failure to appear in court.

Tifini R. Mills, 47, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Township Police Department in connection with a number of charges including petit larceny, third-degree larceny, resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing the operation of government. management. The charges stem from events in which Mills failed to appear in court, leading to an arrest warrant being issued.

Mills was processed and transported to the Seneca County Department of Corrections, where he awaits a hearing on the charges. Authorities confirmed this was one of two arrests made against Mills on the same day.

The second warrant, later executed on November 21, included similar charges of petty larceny and third-degree larceny. Mills was reprocessed and taken to the county facility for arraignment.

No further details were given about the underlying events or the circumstances that led to Mills’ failure to appear in court.
