Seneca Falls woman arrested twice on burglary and robbery charges

Police arrested a local woman twice on Nov. 21 following separate arrest warrants stemming from her failure to appear in court.

Tifini R. Mills, 47, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Township Police Department in connection with a number of charges including petit larceny, third-degree larceny, resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing the operation of government. management. The charges stem from events in which Mills failed to appear in court, leading to an arrest warrant being issued.
