Kanye West accused of sexual assault on set of music video by ‘America’s Next Top Model’ alum

Kanye West A lawsuit was filed against model Jenifer An, a contestant on ‘America’s Next Top Model’, for allegedly sexually assaulting and gagging a model during the music video shoot in 2010. The shooting reportedly took place around September 7, 2010, at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City. According to Page Six, the model claimed in the lawsuit that Kanye West made her feel uncomfortable when models, including herself, lined up in the hallway and said “Give me the Asian girl” about her.
The model, who said she only wore underwear at the time, told West that she didn’t wear much, to which West replied, “That’s why I chose you.” They then went to a couch where the camera was facing.
On camera, Kanye West began choking her with one hand and then “put his other hand around her neck and continued to strangle her with both hands.” West smeared her makeup with both hands, smothering her face. “He then inserted several fingers into her throat, continually moving them in and out, and gagged her…to simulate forced oral sex,” the complaint further alleged.
“This is art. This is fucking art. I’m like Picasso,” Kanye West said as he forced himself on the model. When she allegedly tried to move her tongue away from West’s “swirling hand,” she “began to panic and looked around the set, hoping to see someone who could intervene.”
Kanye West has yet to react to the lawsuit.
The model is seeking an unspecified amount of damages through the lawsuit and believed West violated New York federal law for second-degree strangulation, a sexual offense and assault, according to the complaint. She said she was coping with the trauma and felt extremely humiliated, humiliated, victimized, embarrassed and emotionally distressed.
