Bus driver accused of kidnapping Newton preschool children under house arrest

A. Bus driver accused of kidnapping Three Newton preschool students with communication issues were released on bail but remain under house arrest, according to court records.

On Oct. 1, a Middlesex County grand jury indicted 42-year-old Bedford resident Justin Vose on three counts of kidnapping, according to court records. He was arraigned in Middlesex Superior Court on Friday and pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The judge released Vose on $1,000 cash bail but ordered him to remain in his home with a GPS monitor, have no unsupervised contact with children, not work or volunteer with children, and have no direct or indirect contact with children. The victims in the case, according to court records.
