Headlines: Snow, Bristol murder trial and the return of Wallace & Gromit

Anthony Snook’s sentence, externalThe 45-year-old, from Hartcliffe, Bristol, who dragged four teenagers into a street where two of his close friends were killed, was the top performer across all platforms on Tuesday.

Mason Rist, 15, and Max Dixon, 16, died after being stabbed by teenagers outside Mason’s home in Knowle West on January 27 following a mistaken identity.

Jailing Snook for a minimum of 38 years at Bristol Crown Court, the Honorable Mrs Justice May told him it was “impossible to understand” why he had agreed to drive the four children to the site in his car and that he was “so weak and a coward”.
