Woman injured after being hit by car on Green Island Bridge

A woman was injured after being hit by a car on the Green Island Bridge.

Green Island Police received the call just before 5:15pm on Saturday.

The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center.

Police say he is in stable condition.

Police also reported that the driver remained at the scene and there was no indication that drugs or alcohol were involved.
