St. One person rolled over in rural St. Louis County

Authorities responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 53 in Grand Lake County Sunday evening.

Just before 6:30 p.m., a Ford pickup truck was heading south on Highway 53 when police said the driver, a 38-year-old from Duluth, lost control on a patch of ice. The truck then left the road and rolled over. The driver, whose life was not in danger, was taken to nearby hospitals.

Speed ​​and weather conditions were considered contributing factors to the incident, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
