Increased Police Measures in Response to Tragic Murder of Police Officer

In response to the tragic stabbing of Constable Kiran Pal, Delhi Police is underlining the need for increased vigilance during night patrolling. Officers were instructed to maintain a safe distance if they detected suspicious persons. This move aims to strengthen law and order in the capital.

The fatal incident took place during night patrol in Govindpuri, southeast Delhi. The prime suspect, Raghav aka Rocky, was shot dead by the Special Cell during an encounter. His accomplices Deepak Max and Krish Gupta were arrested over the weekend.

Authorities announced that the suspects came from different states and were facing unemployment. Rocky, who was known for his involvement in drug addiction-related crimes in the past, was living in a rented house in Sangam Vihar. While Deepak was also a resident of the region, Gupta hailed from the Etah district of Uttar Pradesh.
