Andy Cohen explains the reason behind the ‘Real Housewives of Dubai’ hiatus

Andy Cohen knows why Real Housewives of Dubai Production on season 3 has not started yet.

Real Housewives of Dubai won’t be returning to Bravo for season 3 anytime soon because, according to executive producer Andy Cohen, the decision to pause the show is based on strategy rather than personal reasons.

She explained: “We have a lot of Housewives leaving at the moment. This is one of the reasons why it took so long to reach The Real Housewives of Atlanta is going away and one of the reasons why we’re in a deep pause The Real Housewives of New Jersey. “We just want to make sure everything is right and be very intentional in everything we do.”

However, although ratings play a role in such decisions, Cohen emphasized that they are not the only factor.

“The great thing about Housewives in general is that the numbers are so high for all of them, especially when you factor in Peacock and streaming,” she said.

“You can’t look at nightly or live ratings anymore. It just doesn’t tell the whole story. “We actually look at the whole picture when making decisions.”

Cohen concluded: “We love these shows. “We all want to do this right.”
