Harvey man arrested for sexual assault

HARVEY, ND (Valley News Live) – A Harvey, North Dakota man is in jail due to an ongoing sexual assault investigation.

Harvey Police arrested Carl Stanley Snedaker on November 24th. Snedaker is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 15, which is a Class A Felony.

Police Chief John Foss told Valley News Live these new charges were filed as part of an ongoing investigation. Snedaker had previously been charged with four felonies, including gross sexual imposition and sexual assault on a victim between the ages of 15 and 18.

Snedaker is being held at the Heart of America Correctional and Treatment Center in Rugby, ND.
