The District Attorney’s Office announced this week that Gallo faces new charges for allegedly drugging six more victims and raping five of them. The newly discovered victims are between the ages of 18 and 35, and their victimization occurred between June 2018 and June 2024.

Gallo currently faces 10 counts of rape inflicting injury, 12 counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, 8 counts of strangulation, 5 counts of selling or furnishing liquor, malt or brewed beverage to a minor, and 1 count of corruption of a minor.

The District Attorney’s Office said a search of Gallo’s internet history revealed that he had searched for pornography involving drugged women. Laboratory tests of the victims revealed the presence of methamphetamine or amphetamine in their systems. According to the prosecutor’s office, a search warrant at Gallo’s home led to the seizure of a tequila bottle that tested positive for methamphetamine.

Authorities believe there may be more victims and are asking anyone with information to come forward.

“I applaud the victims for having the power to come forward and trusting the process,” said District Attorney Jennifer Schorn. “I also want to thank the media. Without their efforts, we may not have identified these additional victims.”
