At 2:17 p.m. Tuesday, police received a report of an arm violation at a school bus stop at the intersection of West Front Street and South First Avenue beginning at 3:18 p.m. Monday.

Tires reportedly slashed

Police say a male was found at 322 E. Fountain St. on Tuesday at 6:43 p.m. He received a report that he slashed the tires of a vehicle, punched the radio and jumped into the vehicle.
