JACKSON COUNTY, MI – A Jackson man died Thursday afternoon after police say he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree.

According to the Springport Township Police Department, rescue crews were called to M-50 near Griffith Road in Springport Township on Oct. 24 at 4:10 p.m.
