Prison expert Larry Levine says Combs is currently being held in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) following his arrest in September, and lockup isn’t going well for the disgraced rapper.

“He’s not actually on suicide watch, but an inside source tells me he has someone who comes to visit him several times a day, you know, to make sure he’s okay,” Levine said.

He added: ‘Someone from the psychology department comes to visit him, so it’s like a game they play with the prisoners. Remember, he’s not playing chess. ‘He’s in a cell by himself.’

Combs was arrested on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

Levine, whose company prepares defendants for prison life and helps them with rehabilitation and other prison programs, alleges that Combs already receives preferential treatment in the Brooklyn jail.

“My sources tell me Combs is taking extra showers a week,” Levine said. I don’t know how many there are. It probably changes. They give them extra privileges.’

There are currently approximately 1,200 inmates at MDC, which is known for its horrific conditions and violence.

Other notorious criminals, including Jeffrey Epstein, his ‘madam’ and partner Ghislaine Maxwell, and R&B singer R. Kelly, were also held at the Brooklyn facility.

There have been numerous deaths at MDC, leading to numerous civil lawsuits being filed against the prison for wrongful deaths.

This week, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee and other attorneys filed seven new federal civil lawsuits alleging Combs sexually assaulted or raped plaintiffs in separate incidents between 2000 and 2022.

Of the anonymous accusers, two are men and three are women; one of them alleged that Combs drugged and raped her at a VMAs after party in 2000 when she was 13 years old.

The Busby law firm represents approximately 120 victims, who announced earlier this month that it would file a lawsuit against the Bad Boy producer.

Combs’ attorneys, meanwhile, are still trying to get him out of jail and have filed an appeal with the 2nd U.S. District Court after two judges denied him bail. The issue will be discussed at the hearing on November 4.

“He has a lonely life,” Levine said of Combs. ‘He’s got a bullseye on his back and you know… it’s true that he carries a lot of baggage against a lot of people.

‘Someone will have to get him out and there won’t be any prisoners there because they won’t be able to get to him.’
