The Mailand-Cortina 2026 Alpine Ski Qualifiers took place on 19 January 2026, following the FIS-Weltcup-Starterliste (WCSL) and Olympia-Quotenzuteilungsliste.

In the WCSL, Jedes with an Athlete in the Top 30 ranked between a Quote Platform or 2 Quote Platforms in the Gem Discipline, while the Athlete was allowed to be ranked one Discipline below the Top 30 ranking.
