Order out of Webb County

LAREDO, Texas (KGNS) – A man was arrested at one of Laredo’s gateways on a child indecency warrant.

On Thursday, October 24, Customs and Border Protection officers working the Juarez-Lincoln Bridge sent a car for secondary inspection. It turns out that the driver, 48-year-old Carlos Pargas Magallanes, had a warrant out for his arrest from the Webb County Sheriff’s Office for felony Sexual Contact with a Child and Indecency.

CBP arrested Magallanes and was taken to the Webb County Jail.
