At the time, Doe had just moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dance career. In December, when she and a friend went to Miami for New Year’s, she received a call from a man she met in Los Angeles inviting her to Diddy’s party.

Following this incident, Doe claimed that Brown took her phone and texted her to get each other’s numbers.

“Most girls would be like, ‘Oh my God, I got to have sex with Chris Brown.’ “But I didn’t want that,” he adds.

When they finally left Diddy’s yacht, Brown allegedly texted Doe and told her to get Plan B.

Doe denied this encounter and continued to talk to Brown. He claims he couldn’t understand what was happening until he started going to therapy.

The singer’s lawyer, Levi McCarthern, shared a statement with the producers. Chris Brown: A History of Violence He denies the allegations and calls them “complete fabrications”.

A year after the alleged assault, another woman came forward with similar allegations, prompting the creation of a website.

After Doe left a comment on the site, a legal team contacted him and discovered there was enough evidence to build a case.

They filed a lawsuit and went public, but this attracted widespread media attention. Although his name was not released, Doe was accused of pursuing legal action for “attention” and “money.”

Events took a different turn when Brown and his team sent messages to the police; Doe apparently sent a long string of messages with no response.

“There’s only one side of the conversation here, and that’s texting a ghost from late January through August,” says Ariel Mitchell, one of Doe’s attorneys.

Doe adds: “The way he delivered the messages made it sound like I was talking to myself… but it wasn’t.”

Mitchell states that Doe provided him with alternative messages, including “deleted messages from Chris.”

“He wasn’t just ignoring it. He was continuing this. But it was difficult to verify which set of text was correct.”

Ultimately, Miami Beach Police concluded that “probable cause for an arrest was lacking and the report was unfounded,” leading to the case being closed.

Although Doe was dropped by her legal team following the text message mix-up, Mitchell has since confirmed to People that he is representing her again.

Lawyer said The outlet said, “I adore my client and believe that what happened to him was 100% true.

“I feel like I let him down as an attorney because I didn’t make him comfortable enough with me in such a short period of time where he felt 100% comfortable being forthright with me.”
