At approximately 10:11 a.m. on Sunday, October 27, Marshall County Central Dispatch received a call regarding a two-vehicle crash at US 30 and Hawthorn Road. Police teams determined that one of the vehicles involved in the accident was a motorcycle.

When officers arrived on scene, the driver of the 2019 Kawasaki ZR9 motorcycle, 34-year-old Seth Kuckuck of Fort Wayne, was pronounced dead. The second driver involved, Linda Clevenger, 71, of Plymouth, was driving a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Van and was not injured in the collision.

Officers at the scene were able to determine that the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on US 30. The minivan stopped at a stop sign and failed to yield to the traveling motorcycle before heading north on US 30.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by the Marshall County Coroner’s Office, Bourbon Police Department, Plymouth Fire Department, and EMS and Reichert-Knepp Towing Services.
