CINCINNATI (WXIX) – According to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, a former St. A Xavier High School employee has been accused of having sexual intercourse with a teenage student.

Emily Nutley, 42, has been charged with six counts of sexual assault, the prosecutor’s office announced Monday.

The prosecutor’s office said Nutley was arrested in St. He explained that he was a teacher/lecturer at Xavier who oversaw a program to help students struggling with academics.

The young victim was assigned to the program and began working with Nutley on academic matters in the fall 2023 semester, the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office said.

Nutley then began having additional contact with the student outside of school hours, the prosecutor’s office said.

Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, 42-year-old St. Xavier revealed that the school employee sent nude photos, texts and sexually explicit messages to the teenagers.

Multiple encounters and sexual relations between Nutley and the teen began in mid-November 2023, the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office announced Monday.

The prosecutor’s office said the sexual encounters took place in St. Louis, including Nutley’s office. It occurred at least once on the Xavier High School campus and away from school grounds, he explained.

The student tried to stop the encounters, but Nutley continued texting the teen, according to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office.

St. An internal investigation conducted by Xavier High School led to them contacting Springfield Township police, who launched their own investigation into the allegations.
