In the second lawsuit, filed Monday, a man alleges Combs sexually assaulted him during an audition for the talent competition show “Making the Band.”

The reality series, which spawned the likes of Danity Kane and Day26, followed Combs’ quest to form various musical groups. The man, identified as John Doe, allegedly attended a three-day audition for the show around 2008, when he was 17 years old.

During Doe’s initial interview with Combs, the hip-hop mogul allegedly asked the teenager “hypothetical questions about dealing with situations involving sexual coercion.”

“As Combs described these scenarios, he began sexually assaulting (Doe) by touching (her) both above and below her clothing, including groping her penis and instructing (her) to undress,” the lawsuit states. The statement was included.

Combs, who allegedly “engaged in sexually explicit conduct” during the encounter, “emphasized his power to control (Doe’s) future in the music industry and stated that he had the ability to ‘make or break’ the young artist’s burgeoning career.”

In another interview, Combs allegedly told the teen to undress for him, “explaining that (Doe) needed to demonstrate her ability to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona that was allegedly essential to the group’s image,” according to the lawsuit. She claims she was then forced to perform oral sex on Combs, and that the rapper also performed “sododom” on her.

The complaint alleges that Doe’s time on the show ended abruptly on the last day of auditions after Combs forced Doe to engage in oral sex with his bodyguard. The man claims that Combs was later eliminated from the competition because he thought he was “untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral copulation on guard.”

As a result of the alleged assaults, the lawsuit states that Doe “has been unable to return to the music industry for seven years” and continues to suffer “mental and emotional anguish.”
