Kinston man arrested on felony theft charges

LENOIR COUNTY, N.C. (WNCT) — Law enforcement officers with the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Deep Run man on October 23 on multiple felony charges.

Deputies responded to Kelly Road on Sept. 23 after receiving a breaking and entering call. Deputies investigated the case and obtained an arrest warrant for Daniel Lee Cruse. Cruse was arrested a month later in October.

Daniel Lee Cruse was charged with breaking and entering and theft after breaking and entering. He was taken to the Lenoir County Magistrate Office for processing and given a $15,000 secured bond.
