(CNN) — Two new lawsuits were filed against him Sean “Diddy” Combs by anonymous male accusers who claimed they were underage when they were sexually assaulted by the music mogul during an audition — who claimed to be 10 at the time.

Combs said in a statement to CNN that he denied the latest allegations against him.

The embattled musician and businessman, who is detained in New York while awaiting his criminal trial, now faces at least 27 civil lawsuits.

A John Doe states in his lawsuit that he auditioned for Combs at a hotel in New York in 2005, when he was 10 years old. He was given a soda by Combs, which he claimed contained drugs. According to the lawsuit, Combs forced Doe to perform oral sex on her after she resisted. Doe lost consciousness and later woke up in tears with her pants undone and pain in her anus and buttocks, the lawsuit states.

The other John Doe, in a separate lawsuit, states that he was 17 in or around 2008 when he attended a three-day audition for MTV’s competition series “Making the Band.” During a one-on-one interview on the first day of auditions, “Combs asked Plaintiff hypothetical questions about dealing with situations involving sexual coercion,” Doe said.

“As Combs described these scenarios, he began sexually assaulting Plaintiff by touching him both above and below his clothing, including groping his penis and instructing Plaintiff to undress,” according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit states that Combs emphasized his power to control Doe’s future in the music industry and that he had the ability to “make or break” her career.

On the second day of auditions, Combs allegedly told 17-year-old Doe that she needed to strip “to demonstrate her ability to embody the persona of a ‘sex idol’.” “This encounter eventually resulted in Combs forcing Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, and Combs raping Plaintiff,” the lawsuit states.

The next day, the complaint states, Combs and his bodyguard sexually assaulted Doe. The suit states that Combs was eliminated from the competition “because he claimed that Plaintiff was untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard.”

When reached by CNN for comment, Combs’ attorneys did not respond to specific allegations in the two new lawsuits but denied that Combs had ever sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.

“As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity attempt, even if he responds to allegations that are seemingly ridiculous or patently false,” Combs’ lawyers said in a statement. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and integrity of the judicial process. “The truth will prevail in court: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor.”

The two new lawsuits were filed in New York state court on Monday. Both accusers are represented by attorneys Tony Buzbee and paralegal Andrew Van Arsdale. Arsdale said earlier this month they represent more than 120 victims who plan to go public with their allegations against Combs.

More than two dozen civil lawsuits have been filed against Combs since November 2023, alleging sexual assault or misconduct. The first lawsuit, filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, was settled the next day. Other cases remain active. Combs denied the civil allegations.

Federal prosecutors accused Combs of orchestrating a “criminal enterprise” through his business empire that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping and decades of physical abuse of women, among other allegations. He pleaded not guilty to federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

Combs’ criminal trial is tentatively scheduled to begin in May 2025.

Prosecutors said their criminal investigation is ongoing and additional charges or defendants could be added to a possible indictment.
