One person died after Vanier was stabbed

Police say a man is dead following a stabbing in Vanier.

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) responded to a residence in the 200 block of Monique Street, Ste., on Monday, October 28, at approximately 8 p.m.

One person was stabbed and one person was detained.

The OPS Homicide Unit continues to investigate.
