PINK tracksuit man steals Glock from table at The Brownstone

PATERSON — Police say a man wearing what authorities described as women’s sweatpants burgled a Brownstone banquet hall and stole a Glock 27 pistol from his office desk.

The theft reportedly took place on the night of October 15, according to one of Brownstone’s co-owners. Thomas Manzo was sentenced to 7 years in prison in federal prison.

Manzo was convicted of an alleged organized crime member’s assault on his ex-wife’s ex-boyfriend, former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dina Cantin.

The theft was not reported until Oct. 26, police officials said. As of Monday afternoon, the gun had not been found. But the Paterson police department said they filed charges against a 37-year-old Wayne man in connection with the crime, including unlawful possession of a weapon, burglary and larceny.

Police reports did not specify how the thief got into the Brownstone complex on West Broadway. Police use security camera to track down the suspected thief.

Authorities described him as someone who appeared to be homeless and was known to hang out in the areas of West Broadway, Chamberlain Boulevard and Ryerson Boulevard.

Police said the man was wearing a black hooded jacket with orange lining, a “local patterned hooded sweatshirt”, black “Pembe” brand women’s tracksuit bottoms and black sneakers. The man had a beard and a “slight reddish complexion,” according to authorities.
