Dead, one injured in Shippensburg stabbing

One man is dead and another suffered life-threatening injuries following a stabbing in Shippensburg Township on Sunday, Oct. 27.

Pennsylvania State Police Troopers from the Carlisle station were dispatched to the first block of North Washington Street around 10 p.m. and found the two with stab wounds.

Police identified the dead man as Christopher Nunn II of San Antonio, Texas.

The injured person was taken to Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center.

Stating that there is no threat to the public, the police said, “The circumstances surrounding the murder are being investigated.”
