Four men charged with youth sex offenses

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – A Brazos County grand jury returned four indictments this month against men accused of juvenile sex crimes.

Roberto Carlos Martinez-Almendarez, 20, of College Station, is charged with Indecent Conduct with a Child by Sexual Contact, a second-degree felony. Jail records show the alleged crime occurred on or about September 1, 2022. He was arrested in August and his bond was set at $75,000, but a US Immigration Hold is in effect from ICE.

Sergio Adrian Garza, 28, of Bryan, is charged with three counts of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact, a second-degree felony. The documents show that the alleged actions took place in June and July of 2023. He was arrested in December last year and his bonds totaled $75,000. He was released from prison a day after his arrest.

Stelton Wendrick Govan II, 24, of College Station, is charged with Continuous Sexual Abuse with a Victim Under the Age of 14, a first-degree felony. Jail records show the alleged crime occurred in March 2018 and he remains jailed on $500,000 bail.

Tishawon Tiriayon Moore, 19, of College Station, is charged with Sexual Assault on a Child, a second-degree felony, for an incident that allegedly occurred in October 2023. He was arrested in February 2024 and released two days later. $25,000 bond.
