Motorcycle crash causes traffic delays near Eastland Mall

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A collision between a motorcycle and a truck was causing major traffic delays for drivers on Green River Road near Eastland Mall.

According to the report, just before 7 p.m., they received a call about an injury accident at the intersection of N. Green River Road and Virginia.

This is just outside Jared Jewelry near Eastland Mall.

A viewer says traffic is backed up onto Lloyd Expressway.

Authorities said the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The scene was later cleared and the road reopened.
