Pokemon TCG Pocket mercy system announced

To get straight to the point, despite having a gacha system for each booster pack, Pokemon TCG Pocket does not currently have a mercy system that will increase the likelihood of drawing rare cards.

However, Pokemon TCG Pocket includes Pack Points, which players can earn by opening booster packs and then exchange them for specific cards. Each booster pack awards five Pack Points, making it a reliable way to earn the cards you want over time.

Drawing a booster pack with rare cards in Pokemon TCG Pocket depends entirely on the Random Number Generator (RNG) and luck, as there is no mercy system that will gradually increase drop rates. Each draw means rolling a dice, making each rare card a matter of luck.

Here are the drop rates of Pokemon TCG Pocket in tabular form:

If you’re lucky enough to draw a rare pack, the chances of higher rarity cards increase. In a rare pack, both the Crown and Three Star cards have a 5% chance of appearing; This is a noticeable increase compared to Regular packages.

In general, the gacha system in Pokemon TCG Pocket leans towards low-probability Normal packs for rare cards, creating a challenging experience to complete a deck.
