UAE official warns residents of companies providing financial services without SCA license – News

The UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) announced on Thursday that a company does not hold any license from the authority.

In the announcement about X, the official said that IQINVEST company does not have any license issued by the SCA to engage in financial activities or services.

SCA added that it would not be responsible for any financial transactions with the firm.

In a similar warning earlier, the Securities and Commodities official stated that Aiwa Capitals Marketing does not hold a license from the authority to engage in any financial activities or services subject to regulation and licensing by the SCA.
