Stephen Colbert Pinpoints Big Rally Moment ‘Specifically Designed’ to Get Under Trump’s Skin

Stephen Colbert Vice President said Kamala Harris‘ There were several elements of trolling at this week’s rally in Washington Donald Trump.

“He gave a speech specifically designed to turn Trump’s chest purple,” Colbert said.

He stated the following at the rally: Created on EllipseThis was the site of the speech Trump gave on January 6, 2021, before his supporters stormed the US Capitol in an attempt to prevent the certification of the election results.

Or, as Colbert put it, “where Trump held his Let’s Beat the Cops Rally.”

The “Late Show” host noted that Trump had about 53,000 people at his rally on Jan. 6, while Harris drew an estimated 75,000.

Colbert did his Trump impression.

“Look, mine looks smaller because it was January and you know how the cold can make a big crowd shy,” Colbert said in his Trump voice.

The Harris rally even used the Village People classic “YMCA,” which Trump likes to play at his own rallies.

Colbert described the tune as “the only thing that makes Trump happy.”

Naturally, he returned to his Trump impression to rant about the song’s use.
