Two teenagers charged with attempted murder after Telford stabbing

West Mercia Police officers were called to King Street Dawley around 4 p.m. and discovered an 18-year-old man with “multiple stab wounds.”

Riley Preece, 18, of Snedshill in St George’s, Telford, and a 14-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in court at the scene. Kidderminster Judges Court this morning (Thursday)

Both were detained and will appear at the next hearing Shrewsbury Royal Court on Thursday 28 November.

A third man, 21, was also arrested yesterday (Wednesday) on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the incident.

He is currently under police custody.
