Road closed to traffic in Metcalfe County due to traffic accident

METCALFE COUNTY, Ky. (WBKO) – A road in Metcalfe County is closed following a vehicle crash.

According to Metcalfe County Emergency Management, emergency response agencies are currently responding to a Commercial Vehicle Accident in the 2000 block of Greensburg Road/HWY 68.

The road is completely closed for 3-4 hours. Please seek an alternative route and avoid the area.

Routes have been determined for drivers.

The highway is closed with detours at the following locations:

• Intersection of Greensburg Road (HWY 68) and Knob Lick Road (HWY 1243)
• Intersection of Greensburg Road (HWY 68) and AH Boston Road
