Norwich man accused of rape says he cannot identify anyone

Giving evidence, the 24-year-old said he met one of the complainants on online dating site Tinder and was looking for “short-term fun” there.

Mr Kadolski told the court the complainant sent the first message and the relationship became sexual on the first date.

He said he met her family and it was a “pretty standard loving relationship” and that he never had non-consensual sex with her.

Mr Kadolski told the court he was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, Asperger syndrome, dyspraxia and autism spectrum disorder in 2010, but those conditions did not affect his understanding of consent.

Mr Kadolski was charged with 15 sexual offences, but on two charges the jury was told he had no case to answer.

The charges include four allegations of rape against a woman between August and December 2022.
