Thursday’s incident is similar to the crash at Monticello. Following investigation by Haverstraw Police, it was determined that the man had attached a hose to the back of his truck following a delivery to a home on Buckingham Court in Pomona. The report states that the truck was parked on a hill and began rolling backwards when the man was directly behind it.
