Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral Choir: “Ave verum”

Zur Austeilung der Heiligen Kommunion sang “Ave verum” by William Byrd with the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral Choir under the direction of Leitung von Christopher McElroy.

At the Hochfest Allerheiligen 2024 with Kölner Dom Erzbischof Rainer Maria Kardinal Woelki performed Louis Vierne’s song “Messe solennelle” for Chor and zwei Orgeln. More than 300 performers and artists from Liverpool Cathedral Choir, Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral Choir, Mädchenchor and Kölner Dom and Kölner Domchor attended. There are also names such as Stephen Mannings, Christopher McElroy, Oliver Sperling and Simon Schuttemeier. An der Querhausorgel im Kölner Dom saß Winfried Bönig. Alex Fishburn played with Langhausorgel at Liverpool.
