Halloween stabbing near River Park Square mall leaves one person injured

One person was injured in a stabbing near River Park Square shopping center on Halloween.

Officer Daniel Strassenberg said Spokane Police responded to a reported stabbing in the area of ​​West Main Avenue and North Lincoln Street around 7:30 p.m. The victim was taken to a local hospital and officers were reported to be in stable condition.

Strassenberg said the investigation revealed that the stabbing stemmed from an argument between several people who knew each other.

No one is in custody.
