Vermilion County Crime Stoppers | Police searching for suspects in gas station theft | News

DANVILLE — Vermilion County Crime Stoppers is seeking help identifying suspects involved in a gas station burglary.

Between 12:00 and 3:00 a.m. on October 28, two suspects entered Murphy USA at 4105 North Vermilion Street and stole cash and several tobacco products.

Anyone who can identify any of the suspects captured on surveillance video is encouraged to contact Vermilion County Crime Stoppers at 217-373-TIPS. vccrimstoppers.org or via the P3 Tips mobile app.

Tipsters are always 100 percent anonymous when contacting Crime Stoppers and receive a code number to check rewards. All tips submitted to Crime Stoppers are electronically stripped of all personally identifying information and processed by a third-party answering service.

Tipsters can receive a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest and will not be required to share their names or appear in court. Rewards are also being paid for information about other felonies or fugitives in Vermilion County.
