Axed Hollyoaks star reveals new look two months after ‘sad’ exit | soaps

Former hollyoaks star Annie Wallace Revealed a new look after breakup channel 4 soap.

Sally St. Claire actress, 59, left the show in September as a result of cost-cutting measures imposed on production company Lime Pictures.

Some characters before and after were dropped First time jump in UK soap – this saw the action permanently jump a year into the future.

Unfortunately Sally did not have an on-screen origin story and was later explained as follows: moved to spain living with the wider McQueen family.

He continued: ‘There are some people on the forums who think Sally has outlived her usefulness, but I disagree. The only thing I would have loved was for him to find love.’

‘I think that’s the only thing I regret in nine years that it didn’t happen.

‘Their escape with Myra was their remembrance of a romance they had when they were 20 years old. They rode the wave of nostalgia until it crashed. I think it would be lovely to see Sally actually meet someone and start a relationship.’

Now the star has revealed a change in her look on Instagram.

Alongside a photo of herself in a striking red blouse, she wrote: ‘A day in the life of a ‘resting’ actress… new glasses and growing my hair out.’

It looks very beautiful. I miss you,’ one fan wrote on @hollyoaksofficial.

Another added: ‘So beautiful. I’m growing my hair out too, as I’ve always grown my hair out in my adult years, so you feel good, have a lovely weekend, Annie.’

He recently announced that he will soon leaving social media platform X (formerly Twitter) when they changed the blocking function.

‘This will be the day I leave Twitter,’ he wrote.
