Jury begins deliberations in Mustafa Bush’s Noel murder trial – ABC 6 News

(ABC 6 News) – Mustafa Bush’s murder trial is in the hands of the jury as the prosecution and defense give their closing arguments early November 4th.

Bush trial has begun opening speeches 28 October.

Bush was arrested in late December 2022 after a dog walker found 41-year-old Kimberly Ann Robinson dead in a ditch approximately 20 to 25 feet off West River Road near River Bluff Lane NW.

Robinson and Bush are on-again-off-again relationshipBy friends and family.

He was charged with 2nd degree murder. The grand jury upgraded these charges to 1st degree murder (premeditated and past domestic violence) in January 2024.

There was Bush previously convicted of 2nd degree murder In 2007. In early October, he filed a petition to “reverse” his conviction, beginning a lengthy appeal process.
