Crime Stoppers reports fugitive arrested in Flint

FLINT, Michigan (WNEM) – A fugitive once thought to be armed and dangerous has been arrested.

Authorities arrested 30-year-old James Sylvester Lara, who had a warrant for assault with intent to murder, felony firearm, discharging a firearm from a vehicle and being a felon in possession of a firearm, Crime Stoppers said.
