Woman wanted in deadly attack in Nashville arrested in Chattanooga

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A woman wanted for a fatal shooting in the Napier area has been arrested in Chattanooga, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD).

Chattanooga police arrested Shakia Davidson on a murder warrant Wednesday afternoon, Metro Police said.

Davidson was accused of killing 32-year-old Dorothy Stephenson after an argument on Green Street on September 8 turned into a gunfight.

MNPD said Davidson will be extradited to Nashville soon.
