Woman pleads guilty in Ped Mall fight

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids woman will be sentenced to probation for her role in a fight at the Ped Mall in downtown Iowa City over the summer.

Court documents show Ellianna Jensen pleaded guilty to participating in the riot. Jensen received a suspended sentence and will be placed on probation for two years.

According to the criminal complaint, Jensen was involved in a fight with a group of people at the corner of College and Dubuque streets in the early morning hours of July 21.

Surveillance video shows Jensen punching people lying on the ground and stomping on the victims.
