FINAL CCTV footage has shown the moments before a young woman suddenly disappeared, leaving police “concerned” for her safety.

The missing woman, identified only as Kelly, was last seen at a train station on Thursday afternoon.

Thames Valley Police released a photo of Kelly at Oxford Railway Station as part of an appeal to help find him.

He was seen riding a black bike with beige seats at the station.

The photo was taken at 12.40 on Thursday, November 7.

Kelly is described as white, approximately 6 feet tall, with brown hair.

The statement said he was wearing a black puffer jacket, black and pink sneakers and a hoodie or beanie hat, also black.

He hails from Witney, Oxfordshire, but is believed to have left the area.

Officers suspect he was heading towards Cornwall.

Detective Inspector Ian D’Angeli said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Kelly’s welfare and would urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to get in touch.”
