28-year-old killed in overnight shooting in Montgomery

The investigation continues following a deadly shooting in Montgomery.

Montgomery police and fire crews were dispatched to the 2900 block of Birmingham Highway at 11:02 p.m. Saturday for a report of a person shot.

Major Saba Coleman said they saw 28-year-old Lee Brown injured by a bullet. He was taken to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Additional details about the shooting were not released.

No arrests have been announced.
