RG Kar rape murder victim’s father testified on the 1st day of the trial

KOLKATA: Old father RG Snow Rape murder victim testified on camera trial it started somehow Sealdah court On Monday.
Shortly after the closed hearing began at 2:19 p.m., the victim’s father began testifying with tears in his eyes. The court, which heard two witnesses on the first day, remained silent as they described their daughter’s ordeal.
The other person who testified during the day was a local resident of Sodepur, where the victim’s family was staying. Two doctors will testify on Tuesday.
Perhaps the most dramatic moment occurred when the hearing ended shortly after 16.45. Prime Minister accused Sanjay RoyAs he was taken to the prison van he shouted: “I wasn’t allowed to talk. They are great civil servants. I give them names. Vineet Goyal he blamed me. Vineet Goyal, DC (DD-Special), hatched a conspiracy to frame me.”
Senior advocate Vrinda Grover, who represented the victim’s family in the High Court, also appeared in the trial court. Roy’s lawyer Sourav Bandyopadhyay CBIWhen Judge Anirban Das started hearing the case, investigating officer Seema Pahuja and the agency’s lawyer were also present.
“I was in court today. My room will remain there every day of the hearing. But since the hearing is in camera, I can’t comment on anything,” Grover said.
