Man charged after taking inappropriate photos of customers at Post Oak Mall

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – College Station police arrested a man accused of taking cell phone videos of the private parts of female employees and customers at the Post Oak Mall store.

Fredy Osvaldo Chuc Ajsac, 22, was seen on Spencer’s Gifts security camera on Aug. 16 using his phone to take photos of women standing or bending over in the store, according to the arrest report.

The man held the phone “at an unnatural angle that suggested he was intentionally holding it against the women’s buttocks and genitals,” then immediately checked his phone, the report states.

In the incident caught on camera, he allegedly did this with a customer wearing a skirt.

The arrest report states that while speaking to police, who seized his phone for evidence, he admitted to doing this to three to four women “in order to capture their private parts.”

Ajsac was arrested and charged with Indecent Photography or Visual Recording and remained in custody on $10,000 bail.
