AEW picks up Guns N’ Roses’ ‘November Rain’ to promote Full Gear

November Rain is back.

Tony Khan announced on social media on Tuesday that he had acquired the rights to use Guns N’ Roses’ song ‘November Rain’ to promote both AEW Full Gear and the company’s November tour schedule, dubbed AEW November To Remember.

“Thanks to @gunsnroses, AEW has received a license to use November Rain in our videos promoting #AEWFullGear + this AEW November to Remember,” he wrote. “Looking forward to the AEW November Rain this weekend + before the ppv next Wednesday! See you Wednesday Night on TBS for #AEWDynamite TOMORROW!”

November to Remember was an ECW event name used from 1993 to 2000. For many years the promotion would use ‘November Rain’ to promote the card.

AEW’s remaining November dates include Dynamite this Wednesday in Bridgeport, CT, with Collision taping the following day in Albany, New York. This will be followed by Dynamite in Reading, PA on November 20, Full Gear in Newark, NJ on November 23, and the Dynamite Thanksgiving Eve/Crash event in Chicago on November 27.
