Priest suffered burns in fire that broke out in Nakrekal Temple-Telangana today

Nalgonda: A priest suffered minor burns in a fire accident at a temple at Nakrekal in Nalgonda district on Thursday.

Dikshit Abhishek, a priest from Uttar Pradesh, had been working at the temple for some time. Karthika was cleaning the sanctum sanctorum of the temple with a chemical cleaner ahead of Pournami celebrations.

Meanwhile, his dhoti caught fire and he suffered burn injuries. He was admitted to a private nursing home in Nakrekal for treatment.
